A century old history. Alfa Romeo, a timeless legend and industrial reality is coming soon to Rairdon. Anonima Lombarda Fabbrica Automobili was born in Milan in 1910. Alfa Romeo has remained steadfast in the philosophy of driving an emotion since then.
The prestigious Alfa Romeo brand boasts an illustrious heritage. Few cars have inspired such ferocious loyalty on the racetrack and day to to life that they have inspired a devoted legion of fans, the proud Alfisti, among whom was the legendary Enzo Ferrari. The mythology of Alfa Romeo includes a Hollywood pedigree with starring roles in The Godfather, The Graduate and three James Bond movies.
Alfa Romeo continues to craft high quality passenger cars and eagerly anticipates re-launching the brand later this year at our WA Alfa Romeo dealer.
Italian tradition, immaculate details, and fluid designs combined with the influences of Italian culture and Alfa’s racing tradition have shaped the next chapter of Alfa Romeo. This literal hybrid is a combination of Alfa Romeo and Jeep, and our Seattle Alfa Romeo dealership can’t be more excited! Although Jeep is not know for their style, they are an American classic that captures the essence of America. The cars will be built at Fiat’s Mirafiori, Italy plant in Turin, where the Alfa Romeo Mito is currently being produced. The plant will get a major facelift in preparation for these two machines. Fiat, and Rairdon’s Seattle Alfa Romeo dealership, hopes to have vehicles flying out of the plant by the third quarter of 2012.
Some speculate the Jeep and Alfa Romeo combo will take cues from Fiat’s Compact Wide architecture that was first seen on the new Alfa Romeo Giuletta. The first Jeeps to reach the production line in Italy will be the Jeep Compass and Patriot. Both of these Jeeps already look good, so an Italian twist should be interesting.
This union will assist Alfa Romeo compete in the SUV class, which includes Audi Q5 and BMW X3. To start, Jeep will get more than half of the annual production, around 150,000 units of the 280,000 being created. Alfa Romeo dealers will get the remaining units and half of every model built will be shipped here, to the United States.
Rairdon’s Seattle Alfa Romeo dealership believes this new Alfa Romeo will play a key role in the re-launch. An Italian Jeep is an interesting concept, we look forward to its release. People, generally, are unsure of how Americans will take to an Italian Jeep, but whatever the outcome; this Seattle Alfa Romeo dealership is on the edge of its driver’s seat.
